Final Sale on Delivered Orders
Due to the nature of skincare and our commitment to hygiene standards, all orders are considered final sale once delivered. We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on products that have been received.
Order Cancellations
Should you need to make a change, orders may be canceled for a full refund prior to shipment. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
Damaged, Lost, or Undelivered Orders
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, or is lost or not delivered, we will make it right. You may choose between:
